📋 Description

• Lead the development and delivery of procurement and supply chain solutions for construction projects • Drive strategic growth through market expansion, client engagement, and service positioning • Oversee complex, high-value construction programs across multiple sectors • Develop and own market strategy to strengthen brand visibility and expand service penetration • Build and maintain executive-level client relationships • Lead bid preparation, proposal development, and commercial negotiations • Advance digital capabilities and integrate technology and data into procurement and supply chain solutions • Manage team performance, objectives, resources, and business goals • Establish performance targets and financial budgets • Support procurement services including strategic sourcing, contract management, supplier evaluation, and supply chain intelligence • Lead and mentor specialist consultants • Support talent development, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement • Travel to support client engagements and team collaboration across regions

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of ten years of experience in procurement and supply chain leadership • Bachelor’s degree or higher in business, supply chain management, engineering, construction, or a related field • Recognized expertise in strategic procurement across public and private sectors • Experience in major capital programs • Strong consulting background and experience managing senior and executive-level client relationships • Demonstrated success leading high-value projects and navigating complex stakeholder environments • Deep understanding of contract development, supplier evaluation, commercial modeling, and negotiation strategies • Experience across multiple sectors • Domain knowledge in real estate, infrastructure, or related industries preferred • Ability to influence client behaviors and decisions in high-risk, high-value engagements • Strategic thinking, project management, and analytical capabilities • Strong business judgment and critical thinking • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills • Proficiency in supplier intelligence, relationship management, and commercial strategy • Ability to lead teams, manage performance, and support career development • Initiative, adaptability, attention to detail, and proactive problem-solving ability
