📋 Description

• Serve as the national subject matter expert directing quality improvement and standardizing bylaws, processes, and communications across non-clinical medical staff offices • Act as the primary liaison between clinical users, market leaders, and tech developers/vendors to translate needs, streamline workflow efficiency, and optimize patient care • Leverage technology to develop centralized tracking systems and nationalized rosters for both employed and independent physicians across all facilities • Identify and resolve operational issues across sites to boost physician system utilization and drive patient satisfaction • Lead cross-functional initiatives to ensure standardization, seamless communication, and sharing of best practices nationwide

🎯 Requirements

• High School diploma equivalency with 5 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required, with 2 of those years being in leadership/management • OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 3 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required, with 2 of those years being in leadership/management • Minimum of 3-5 years in Medical Staff Service Leadership • MD Staff Certified strongly preferred
