📋 Description
• Align market-level operations with national Clinical Professional Development (CPD) and strategic priorities • Translate overarching strategies into actionable local plans using quantitative data and direct observations to assess performance and inform decisions • Develop, implement, and monitor market-specific strategies to drive awareness, alignment, accountability, and key performance indicators • Lead change by communicating vision and supporting transition readiness • Steward budgets while advancing CPD goals for clinical associates • Build and maintain relationships with market executives, Chief Nursing Officers, hospital leadership, enterprise partners, and other stakeholders • Collaborate across stakeholders to ensure alignment
🎯 Requirements
• Professional Registered Nurse credentialed from the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) obtained within 18 months of hire date or job transfer date • Registered Nurse obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date • Master's degree required • 3 years of applicable cumulative job-specific experience required • 2 of the 3 years of experience must be in leadership/management • 10–15+ years of long-term care experience preferred
