📋 Description

• Streamline the recruiting process with systems or procedures • Conduct regular meetings with ministry stakeholders to review progress, resolve issues, and identify challenges • Ensure weekly reports and dashboards are completed and submitted to appropriate stakeholders • Assign tasks, prioritize and coordinate work • Monitor organizational structure and budget management • Manage performance of the Talent Acquisition team

🎯 Requirements

• High School diploma equivalency with 3 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 2 years of cumulative experience OR 7 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required • 3 years of leadership or management experience preferred • Previous Talent Acquisition people leadership experience • Experience using recruiting metrics and data analytics to evaluate performance, identify trends, and implement strategies that improve recruiting outcomes • Demonstrated ability to coach, mentor, and develop recruiting professionals, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement
