📋 Description

• Provide consultative client service to partners, intermediaries, and plan sponsors • Resolve complex retirement plan issues and deliver solutions • Work with the Relationship Manager to drive client satisfaction • Proactively identify, own, document, and resolve client issues • Coach and mentor associates on retirement plans and client relations • Communicate services, execution, and resolutions clearly to clients and advisors • Maintain relationships with clients and financial professionals • Provide updates on product and plan initiatives • Participate in management of vendor relationships • Drive client retention, service levels, growth, and organic growth goals • Develop opportunity plans with the Relationship Manager to mitigate risk • Communicate proactively regarding service delivery and share feedback internally • Manage daily schedules according to client and business needs • Apply retirement operations and service industry knowledge • Review assigned plans’ periodic activities, including compliance testing, Form 5500, quarterly statements, and RMDs • Assess client needs and recommend plan, product, or functionality changes • Educate clients on plan features, product capabilities, functionality, and processes • Develop process improvements and solutions to minimize risk • Handle escalated client items and calls, providing oversight and resolution • Coach and mentor team members and provide performance feedback • Maintain internal relationships across departments and locations • Serve as subject matter expert, developing materials and training others • Perform or lead special projects and other assigned duties

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience • Minimum of 1-3 years direct client experience required • Retirement Services industry experience preferred • Certification or working towards certification (ASPPA, CEBS, etc.) preferred • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Excellent presentation skills, business etiquette, client service skills and time management • Demonstrated professionalism • Experience with financial services systems, including recordkeeping, trust and trading systems • Experience with plan recordkeeping and trust reconciliation • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel required; Access and PowerPoint preferred • Excellent analytical and problem resolution skills • Comprehensive knowledge of retirement plans, ERISA, DOL and IRS regulations, and plan documents • Ability to work in a team environment • Ability to work well under pressure with multiple priorities and deadlines • Ability to make sound business judgments • Ability to work extended hours as required • Attention to detail and quality focus • Ability to lead a team and/or project successfully • Ability to travel as needed • Strong project management skills • Must complete a video interview assessment within 7 days of receiving the link • Smartphone, tablet, or desktop computer with camera and microphone enabled required for the video assessment
