📋 Description

• Recruit, manage, coach, and develop approximately 10–12 Partner Operations Associates and Senior Associates • Conduct one-on-ones, performance reviews, and career development conversations • Support hiring through interviewing, candidate evaluation, and onboarding • Collaborate with Lead Partner Operations Associates to improve quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction • Maintain a limited personal caseload of approximately 25% of working time • Monitor team performance metrics and identify coaching opportunities • Manage scheduling, PTO, attendance, and day-to-day employee support • Address employee performance concerns and implement development plans • Ensure consistent execution of operational standards • Support organizational change management and adoption of new technology • Escalate staffing or operational risks to the Head of Partner Operations

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of healthcare operations experience • 2+ years leading or supervising operational teams • Experience coaching employees through performance management and professional development • Experience interviewing and onboarding employees • Strong understanding of healthcare payer operations • Experience with athenahealth and/or NextGen preferred
