📋 Description

• Develop a startup recruiting blog from 0 to 1 and define its strategy and positioning • Publish high-quality startup recruiting content consistently using SEO and AEO research, customer intelligence, and partnership input • Build and own a publishing strategy for X.com tailored to startup talent leaders and hiring-focused founders • Collaborate with the Partnerships team to create useful content and resources for VC talent community activations and engagement campaigns • Own the audience experience across blog and social content, identifying what startup talent leaders and founders need next • Partner with the Startup Partnerships team to understand startup talent leader and hiring-focused founder personas • Maintain Ashby’s voice, tone, quality bar, and brand reputation while pursuing organic and LLM-powered search visibility

🎯 Requirements

• Care deeply about the startup community and helping talent leaders and founders hire better • Real passion for writing daily and regularly • Interest in AEO and LLM-powered search visibility • Ability to own an audience across blog and social channels rather than a single content type • Comfortable with 0-to-1 work and defining strategy from first principles • Resourceful in combining customer intelligence, SEO data, and partner context • Creative judgment beyond SEO recommendations • Comfortable with the operational reality of high-output regular publishing • Willing to stay close to customer calls, the Partnerships team, and the broader startup community • Ability to create quality content without sacrificing Ashby’s voice, tone, or brand reputation
