📋 Description

• Own the social media strategy across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn, and X • Develop and execute a high-volume content engine delivering engaging, revenue-driving content • Create and publish daily content across multiple platforms while maintaining brand consistency and quality • Lead TikTok strategy end to end, including weekly founder recording sessions and content planning • Collaborate with the Director of Marketing to align content with launches, masterclasses, and lead generation campaigns • Turn newsletters, live events, customer conversations, and founder insights into repeatable content systems • Capture content from live events and transform it into multi-platform organic content • Test creative concepts, hooks, messaging, and posting strategies to optimize performance • Use AI tools and workflows to increase content output, speed, and efficiency • Help guide future content team members as the department grows

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience leading cross-channel content across paid, organic, email, and social platforms • Experience owning content production tied to revenue-generating launches or marketing campaigns • Ability to manage high-volume content production while maintaining exceptional quality • Experience working within structured marketing systems while continuously improving performance • Ability to improve campaign performance through content testing, iteration, and optimization • Understanding of creating content that drives conversions, not just engagement • Experience supporting education, information product, creator, or founder-led businesses highly preferred • Excellent writing skills across short-form and long-form social content • Comfortable directing founders or executives during content creation sessions • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, launch-driven environment • AI-first mindset with experience using AI tools to improve creative workflows and productivity • Proactive and accountable • Strategic thinker who executes consistently • Clear and confident communicator • Positive, growth-oriented mindset • Highly organized and dependable • Embraces learning and feedback • Exceptional creative judgment and strong attention to detail • Thrives in fast-paced, founder-led environments • Willingness to test ideas, learn quickly, and continuously improve performance • Takes ownership of outcomes and consistently delivers with excellence
