📋 Description

• Provide operational support and maintain accurate employee data and files across systems in accordance with state and federal laws • Provide administrative support for onboarding, benefits administration, performance management, and international entities • Document people-process changes • Handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion • Build people-process workflows in Ashby to improve business effectiveness • Support planning and coordination of virtual and in-person culture events • Participate in recruiter screening, hiring manager interview, take-home assignment, and virtual onsite interview stages

🎯 Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in a People/HR role, or a talent role where you owned or directly supported onboarding • Experience using HRIS such as Gusto, Remote, or Deel • Ability to investigate problems, determine root causes, and define robust solutions • Detail-oriented, particularly regarding data quality • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and deadlines • Excellent verbal and written communication • Collaborative, team-oriented approach • Ability to handle sensitive/confidential information compliantly • Human Resources experience, qualifications, or SaaS company experience are bonus points • Must provide city and country of intended work location • Work authorization/sponsorship status must be disclosed
