📋 Description

• Provide operational support and maintain accurate employee data and files across systems in accordance with state and federal laws • Provide administrative support for new-hire onboarding, benefits administration, performance management, and international entities • Document people-process changes • Handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion • Build people-process workflows in Ashby to improve business effectiveness • Support planning and coordination of virtual and in-person culture events • Support employees across international entities and execute day-to-day People Operations tasks

🎯 Requirements

• HR assistant/coordinator experience and/or a qualification in HR; applicants without either should not apply • Ability to investigate problems, determine root causes, and define robust solutions • Detail-oriented, especially regarding data quality • Ability to work independently while managing multiple tasks and deadlines • Excellent verbal and written communication • Collaborative, team-oriented approach • Ability to handle sensitive/confidential information compliantly • Experience using HRIS such as Gusto, Remote, or Deel • Human Resources function experience is a bonus • Human Resources qualifications are a bonus • SaaS company experience is a bonus
