📋 Description

• Manage multiple projects from beginning to end with accountability for project execution • Lead major projects and identify process issues and recommend improvements to senior leaders • Manage projects involving standard cost transformation, logistics analytics/forecasting, Cost per Unit forecasting, warehouse analytics, and inventory forecasting and analysis • Provide clear and consistent oral and written communication to project stakeholders regarding scope, timelines, issues, and other key elements • Drive follow-up on project-team and stakeholder action items to ensure timely execution of critical tasks, milestones, and deadlines • Create and maintain project tracking tools to clarify expectations and responsibilities and maintain accountability • Mentor and coach team members and encourage a positive team atmosphere • Contribute to organizational goals by taking initiative, executing goals, and focusing on performance and safety • Improve organizational capacity and capabilities through collaborative relationships, talent optimization, and positive communication and influence • Report to the Continuous Improvement Program Manager

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of Project Management, Accounting, or Finance experience • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in a Business or Engineering discipline • Strong knowledge of Project Management tools and related disciplines • Excellent communication skills and ability to work as a team and/or independently • Demonstrated responsible and ethical behavior • Ability to understand the business, make complex decisions, and create new and different solutions • Prior knowledge and/or practical experience in chemical, pharmaceutical, supply chain, or related industries preferred • Advanced degrees or certifications such as MS, MBA, PMP, CPA, or CMA preferred • Proficiency in MS Project, MS Office, and other project management software preferred • Strong organizational and time management skills preferred • Customer focus and relationship-building skills preferred • Ability to travel up to 25%
