📋 Description

• Lead the end-to-end development of RFP responses, including crafting strategic narratives, building media plans, integrating data-driven insights, and articulating success metrics • Design comprehensive, multi-channel media plans across Display, DOOH, Audio, CTV, and other channels • Define audience targeting, channel mix, investment allocation, and delivery timelines • Partner with Sales to uncover client pain points, marketing goals, and target audiences • Identify opportunities through insights and market analysis • Use Locala’s proprietary planning platform and data tools to generate actionable insights • Translate location intelligence, audience behavior, and market trends into compelling narratives • Coordinate with Ad Ops and Platform teams to validate inventory availability and pricing • Develop client presentations and participate in client meetings as a subject matter expert • Drive RFP workflows and coordinate timely input from Sales, Creative, Ad Ops, and Platform teams • Maintain proposal activity records across CRM, planning, and project management tools • Identify and champion process improvements

🎯 Requirements

• All candidates must be based in either PST time zones • Over 2 years experience in the Ad Tech/Digital advertising field • Strong understanding of Media Agency landscape • Ability to self-manage, juggle multiple priorities & meet deadlines with a strong attention to detail • Proficient in analyzing large datasets and prioritizing them into actionable insights • Excellent communication skills • Client facing experience • Relationship builder and driver – proven aptitude to connect with large partners, start-ups, executives • Comfortable with a start-up environment, open to facing interesting challenges globally with a problem-solving & resourceful mindset
