📋 Description

• Process federal payroll or Special Payroll Processing System (SPPS) Web cases • Support payroll processing for USDA National Finance Center environments • Handle back pay, FEHB/FEGLI, OWCP, RCC, TSP, and salary adjustments • Document cases and identify discrepancies • Perform quality control and reprocessing tasks • Support workloads matching the NFC environment

🎯 Requirements

• US Citizen with Clearance Eligibility • Experience with federal payroll or Special Payroll Processing System (SPPS) Web case processing • Experience with payroll processing at USDA National Finance Center • Knowledge of back pay, FEHB/FEGLI, OWCP, RCC, TSP, and salary adjustments • Experience supporting USDA, DHS, or other federal shared services environments preferred • Relevant federal payroll and SPPS Web experience • Experience with workload levels matching NFC’s environment • Experience with case documentation, discrepancy identification, quality control, and reprocessing tasks • 2 years of related experience in Accounting and/or Finance • Knowledge of NFC Special Payroll Processing System preferred • Bachelor's or Associate's degree, preferably in Finance
