📋 Description

• Execute the implementation strategy for innovations for in-office labs. • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of lab implementation managers. • Oversee planning and execution of multiple lab process launches. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline implementation processes. • Use KPIs to maintain visibility into implementation progress. • Ensure successful onboarding of digital dentistry equipment.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, or a related field; equivalent experience considered. • 3+ years of experience in dental lab operations, clinical implementations, or healthcare project management, including 2+ years in a leadership or multi-site role. • Strong knowledge of digital dental technologies and workflows. • Proven track record of driving accountability and delivering measurable results across teams and initiatives. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Ability to travel 80% of the time.
