📋 Description

• Set the enterprise Procurement Excellence strategy and multi-year roadmap • Define and evolve the Procurement operating model and governance framework • Partner with Strategic Sourcing, Finance, Accounts Payable, IT, Operations, and business leaders to align sourcing strategies with systems, data, governance, and operational capabilities • Translate Procurement Modernization objectives into measurable business outcomes • Own the Procurement technology strategy and roadmap, including Coupa and the broader Source-to-Pay technology ecosystem • Prioritize technology investments, evaluate emerging technologies including AI-enabled capabilities and intelligent automation, and establish performance measures • Provide strategic direction for Procurement Operations, including Coupa administration, supplier administration, user support, training, documentation, and operational reporting • Oversee platform and supplier enablement governance, including supplier onboarding, catalogs, access, workflows, and related services • Monitor operational health, platform performance, demand and backlog trends, control exceptions, and root-cause themes • Provide strategic direction for inventory data governance, procurement analytics, and performance management • Set the enterprise Procurement KPI and value-realization framework • Sponsor dashboards, inventory insights, and decision-support capabilities • Set the enterprise procurement adoption and change strategy for Coupa and standardized processes • Establish and maintain procurement policies, controls, standards, and exception governance • Lead cross-functional resolution of material process, control, and system issues • Represent Procurement Excellence in executive, governance, and cross-functional forums • Develop a high-performing, service-oriented, control-conscious, and data-driven team • Lead three direct reports: Procurement Operations Manager, Inventory Data Analyst, and Procurement Analytics Analyst • Report to the Senior Director of Shared Services

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, business, finance, information systems, operations, or a related field • 7 years of progressive experience in procurement, procurement operations, Source-to-Pay, supply chain, shared services, business transformation, or related functions • 3 years of people leadership experience • MBA or advanced degree preferred • Demonstrated experience providing business governance and strategic oversight for an enterprise procurement or S2P platform; direct Coupa experience a plus • Experience leading multidisciplinary capabilities spanning procurement operations, analytics, master data governance, supplier enablement, training and adoption, process controls, and continuous improvement • Experience in distributed, multi-property, hospitality, retail, food service, or other operationally complex environments • Deep understanding of Source-to-Pay processes • Strong command of spend analytics, KPI design, dashboarding, savings measurement, data quality, root-cause analysis, and executive reporting • Knowledge of item master standards, inventory data integrity, replenishment insights, transaction controls, valuation considerations, cycle-count governance, and operational inventory risk • Ability to set enterprise training and adoption strategy and sustain standardized processes • Ability to identify control gaps, evaluate tradeoffs, design practical guardrails, and maintain audit-ready processes and documentation • Clear, concise, and credible written and verbal communication • Structured problem-solving skills • Ability to stand, type, and sit at a desk/computer for most of the work shift executing repetitive movements • No adverse or hazardous conditions • Ability to perform essential functions with or without reasonable accommodation
