📋 Description

• Own day-to-day transaction flow across expenses, sales orders, the general ledger and creator payouts • Review creator payment runs for accuracy, approvals and supporting documentation before release • Process and pay creator payments through Lumanu • Prepare PayPal creator payments and send approved batches to Payments Processing • Investigate and resolve failed, duplicate or disputed payouts • Review and approve sales orders daily, confirming pricing, terms and customer details • Flag sales-order discrepancies to Sales and Customer Success • Record journal entries, accruals and reclasses in the general ledger • Support revenue recognition and reconcile revenue to sales orders and billing • Reconcile Lumanu and PayPal activity to the general ledger • Contribute to month-end close deliverables • Review and approve employee expense reports in Airbase against company policy • Coordinate reimbursements and follow up on missing receipts or out-of-policy spend • Support payroll-related entries and data from Paylocity as needed

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in accounting, accounts payable or payments operations • Working knowledge of GL accounting, journal entries, reconciliations and revenue basics • Hands-on experience with high-volume payment runs and payment platforms (PayPal or similar) • Strong attention to detail and controls mindset around approvals and payment release • Clear written English and reliable communication with US-based teams • Able to work consistently on Pacific Time hours • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, or progress toward ACCA/CPA preferred • Experience with Lumanu, Airbase and Paylocity preferred • Background in influencer marketing, creator economy or SaaS preferred • Advanced Excel / Google Sheets skills preferred
