📋 Description

• Drive the next phase of growth by expanding repeatable, high-quality revenue, refining cross-product go-to-market, and identifying opportunities across markets, segments, and channels • Steer the product portfolio through market-aligned roadmaps, new product launches, self-sustaining economics, and emerging tools including AI • Evolve the operating model toward business-unit-level ownership, accountability, transparency, discipline, scalable incentives, and improved end-to-end operational efficiency • Deepen customer value by improving retention, satisfaction, and lifetime value and embedding customer-led innovation • Own revenue, EBITDA, cash flow, capital allocation, and predictable financial performance • Lead and develop a high-performing, customer-first organization • Set strategic direction and drive sustained, profitable growth across the product portfolio • Build and execute the strategy for the business's next phase, including operating model evolution, go-to-market improvement, and new product commercialization • Report directly to the Managing Partner

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience as a CEO, Managing Director, COO, VP, or General Manager with full P&L ownership of a software or technology business • Prior P&L accountability of $5M or more • Experience leading and developing a team of 10 or more • Experience bringing new products to market and successfully scaling them • Track record of scaling and growing established software businesses and transforming a business • Strong commercial instinct across sales, pricing, and go-to-market strategy, including cross-sell and market penetration • Ability to lead across product, operations, and finance • Sound financial acumen, including P&L management, budgeting, and forecasting • Comfort with emerging technologies, including AI • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, engineering, economics, or a related field • Empathetic, influential, and active-listening leadership style • Entrepreneurial, results-oriented, driven, proactive, and team-oriented • Strategic and hands-on approach with the ability to translate vision into actionable plans and drive results • High degree of accountability and ownership • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to change with agility • People-centric leadership with humility, empathy, and sound judgment
