📋 Description

• Build and maintain strong client relationships by understanding needs and ensuring customer satisfaction • Serve as the main point of contact for client inquiries, concerns, and escalations • Facilitate onboarding and offboarding of properties and new clients • Provide client training on the platform, features, and best practices • Investigate and resolve client issues • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on complex client challenges • Maintain deep knowledge of products and services and communicate features and benefits • Stay informed about industry trends and updates • Gather client feedback to identify improvements and enhance client experience • Communicate feedback to internal teams for product and service enhancement • Maintain accurate client records and documentation • Generate and analyze KPI reports and provide management insights

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience • Proven experience in client services or a related customer-facing role • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite • This is a safety-sensitive position and may be subject to additional compliance requirements
