📋 Description

• Act as the client service lead for relationships. • Manage interactions and workflow between clients and internal partners to ensure a smooth and efficient client experience. • Build and maintain client relationships in coordination with relationship managers. • Service a portfolio of relationships by executing and facilitating requests to meet client needs. • Provide account statements, balance inquiries, bank verification letters, chargeback copies, check images, federal reference numbers, and tax forms. • Enter overdraft decisions and provide basic online banking assistance. • Review specialized reporting and assist with relationship grouping. • Facilitate account analysis maintenance, account opening, and new client onboarding coordination. • Facilitate drawdowns/repetitive wires, fee reversals, fraud reporting/cases, interest adjustments, and limit increases. • Facilitate money movement, rate variance requests, escrow subaccount creation/maintenance, and unposted check/ACH payments.

🎯 Requirements

• High School diploma or GED required. • At least 3 years of experience in the financial industry required. • Knowledge of legislation pertaining to the financial industry required. • Knowledge of business practices, bank products and services, bank policies, and procedures required. • Excellent interpersonal, team orientation, and service orientation skills. • Strong verbal and written communication skills. • Microsoft Office experience required. • Salesforce experience preferred. • Exceptional multitasking, time management, organizational, and prioritization skills. • Associates, Bachelor’s, and/or Master’s degrees preferred. • Candidates with some combination of coursework and experience, or extensive related professional experience, are eligible for consideration.
