AssetWatch is an industrial asset condition-monitoring and predictive maintenance platform. It combines hardware sensors (continuous and route-based vibration monitoring, electrical monitoring, oil analysis and connected devices) with SaaS software capabilities — including AI plus human expert review and integrations — to give enterprise operators one view of equipment health. AssetWatch targets industrial/manufacturing customers (chemicals, food & beverage, forestry/building materials, metals, mining, pharmaceuticals, plastics, pulp & paper, water/wastewater) and monitors assets such as pumps, motors, gearboxes, fans, blowers and compressors to reduce downtime and enable predictive maintenance.

📋 Description

• Lead structured discovery sessions with stakeholders across Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Marketing Operations, Customer Success Operations, Engineering, and Product • Surface unstated assumptions and identify conflicting requirements before development • Document agreements precisely and translate stakeholder conversations into user stories with clear acceptance criteria • Evaluate solution options against business constraints and flag trade-offs • Align stakeholders, make trade-offs visible, and resolve cross-team conflicts • Keep sprint commitments transparent and proactively manage expectations when scope or timelines shift • Document current-state business processes and identify automation and workflow improvement opportunities • Own the full UAT lifecycle, including writing test scripts, coordinating business reviewers, triaging defects, and confirming sign-off • Manage the Jira backlog, run sprint planning and daily standups, follow up before sprint deadlines, and send action items and release notes after deployments • Triage inbound Salesforce support requests through Slack, route issues appropriately, and keep stakeholders informed

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in a BSA, Revenue Operations, or Salesforce-adjacent role in a B2B SaaS environment • Demonstrated experience facilitating requirements sessions and writing user stories with acceptance criteria • Comfortable navigating competing stakeholder priorities and resolving cross-team conflicts • Strong written communication with an instinct for documenting decisions and process • Proven organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple competing priorities simultaneously and maintain pace across all of them • Agile sprint management experience with Jira • Familiarity with Salesforce CPQ/NUE, NetSuite, or Boomi is a plus
