📋 Description

• Lead daily operations across one or more teams. • Set priorities, assign work, and manage workflows to meet service and productivity goals. • Coach and develop employees through feedback, mentoring, training, and performance conversations. • Support hiring, onboarding, recognition, development, and employee engagement. • Monitor processes and performance to identify issues and maintain service standards. • Ensure operational procedures, controls, security requirements, and audit standards are followed. • Identify opportunities to simplify processes, improve efficiency, and strengthen customer and employee experience. • Partner with teams across the organization to improve workflows and implement effective solutions. • Stay current on industry practices and technology to support continuous improvement and team development. • Report suspicious activity to Financial Intelligence. • Report customer complaints and procedure violations to management or HR. • Report ethical concerns to Associated Bank’s anonymous Ethics Hotline.

🎯 Requirements

• Associate’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience. • 3+ years of leadership experience, such as a lead, supervisor, work director, or team manager. • Experience overseeing workflows, coaching employees, and driving team performance in an operations, service, or production environment. • Preferred: 5+ years of experience in banking operations or financial services. • Preferred: 5+ years of experience working in a regulated environment with established controls and compliance requirements. • Preferred: 5+ years of experience working across multiple operational functions or business areas. • Must directly represent yourself and your own experiences during the recruiting and hiring process. • Must pass a thorough background check. • Compliance with applicable enterprise policies, laws, regulations, Bank Secrecy Act requirements, and training materials. • Must report suspicious activity, customer complaints, procedure violations, and ethical concerns as required.
