📋 Description

• Conduct fee-based training to drive sales and improve overall dealership performance in existing accounts • Demonstrate Assurant capabilities in prospective accounts • Prospect and acquire new dealership accounts for training or products • Ensure timeliness, accuracy, and communication regarding required reporting • Develop and maintain relationships with dealers and executive managers • Participate in industry exposure activities • Conduct F&I Professional’s and Master’s Class in an Assurant office as needed • Provide leadership with creative feedback and innovative ideas for training content development and implementation • Travel 80%

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of Service Department experience or retail sales experience in the automotive industry • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, management and customer service • Ability to communicate and reach agreement on a course of action related to a defined goal or problem • Strong concern for client satisfaction and loyalty • Ability to analyze and compare data from different sources, identify issues, secure relevant information, and identify relationships • Ability to quickly meet people and establish trust and rapport • Ability to project a professional, businesslike image in the classroom • Ability to communicate complex scenarios in simple terms with students and senior-level executives while using professional industry language • Social skills needed to participate in and host business meals and networking events • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management or related field • 5+ years retail automotive dealership management experience in service, sales, and/or F&I • Extensive knowledge of retail automobile dealership operation • Current state licensing required for home state or ability to obtain licensing • Bi-lingual English - Spanish • Willingness to travel 80%
