📋 Description

• Process and manage large amount of incoming and current claims. • Communicate with customers regarding open claims. • Discuss claims & file claims with the shipping companies, such as UPS & FedEx. • Answer claims inquiries via email, live chat, and telephone. • Answer customer support questions. • Scanning documents.

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma • Customer service experience and ability to manage escalated calls. • Ability to articulate using email and phone with excellent communication. • Ability to multi-task and stay organized. • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook). • Must be bilingual in English and French • Proficient using the Internet for research. • Email communication proficiency. • Superb attendance record. • Previous claims experience and license preferred. • QuickBooks experience a plus.
