📋 Description

• Process and manage large amount of incoming and current claims • Communicate with customers regarding open claims • Discuss claims and file claims with shipping companies such as UPS and FedEx • Answer claims inquiries via email, live chat, and telephone • Answer customer support questions • Scan documents • Manage the claims process from filing to completion • Support general customer inquiries • Manage emails, faxes, and inbound mail

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma • Customer service experience and ability to manage escalated calls • Ability to articulate using email and phone with excellent communication • Ability to multi-task and stay organized • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) • Must be bilingual in English and French • Proficient using the Internet for research • Email communication proficiency • Superb attendance record • Previous claims experience and license preferred • QuickBooks experience a plus
