📋 Description
• Lead the evolution of Assurant's global benefits strategy. • Manage U.S. and global leave and disability programs. • Oversee health and welfare compliance activities and audits. • Support the development of global wellbeing strategies.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field or equivalent experience. • Minimum of 8 years of progressively responsible benefits experience, including significant experience in global benefits strategy. • Demonstrated vendor management experience, including RFP support and issue resolution. • Strong understanding of ERISA, HIPAA, COBRA, ACA, CAA transparency requirements. • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
