📋 Description

• Manage an inventory of residential property claims across traditional, mobile, and condominium homes • Evaluate coverage and damages • Conduct investigations and establish action plans based on policy, best practices, and state regulations • Communicate with policyholders, public adjusters, attorneys, and third parties throughout the claims process • Review estimates and negotiate fair settlements with insureds and vendors • Maintain accurate documentation and ensure timely resolution of claims • Apply knowledge of policy, Xactimate, and claims handling guidelines • Demonstrate empathy and deliver exceptional customer service

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or GED • Minimum of 3 years of residential property claims adjusting experience supporting both CAT and daily claims • Proficiency with computers, including Microsoft Office • Ability to navigate and enter data on multiple screens • P&C Adjuster license required • Associate or bachelor’s degree helpful • Organizational and multitasking ability • Resilience and adaptability in a fast-paced environment • Employment contingent upon completion of a required identity verification process, which may include biometric technology where permitted by law
