📋 Description

• Own and evolve Assured’s design system • Bring fragmented systems and patterns into a strong shared foundation • Define patterns and standards for thoughtful, cohesive, well-crafted experiences • Partner with Brand, Product, and Engineering • Connect brand expression with product functionality and implementation • Create tools and ways of working that enable teams across Assured to build experiences at scale • Explore AI and new tooling to accelerate design, building, and iteration • Raise the bar for craft, consistency, and accessibility across products

🎯 Requirements

• Strong product design experience, including meaningful work on design systems, platform experiences, or shared product foundations • Exceptional attention to craft • Strong interaction and visual design skills • Systems thinking and ability to turn complexity into clear, scalable solutions • Experience working deeply with Engineering • Technical fluency sufficient to understand how design systems become scalable product infrastructure • Ability to partner across Brand and Product • Ability to create clarity, alignment, and momentum without much structure • Practical and hands-on approach • Curiosity about AI and the future of how teams design and build products
