📋 Description

• Lead and develop engineers through mentorship, regular feedback, and career growth conversations • Collaborate with product and design to deliver secure, scalable, and reliable features • Guide architectural decisions and promote engineering best practices • Ensure performance and reliability • Scale the team and organization by refining processes • Support hiring and improve team velocity and execution • Foster collaboration, learning, transparency, adaptability, and shared ownership • Anticipate and navigate growth challenges • Evolve workflows while maintaining focus on user and business value

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of software engineering experience • 3+ years in a leadership or management role • Experience leading teams in a high-growth startup environment • Comfortable staying hands-on when needed • Passion for building products that excel in usability, performance, reliability, and security • Ability to set goals, communicate clearly, and deliver measurable results • Track record of attracting, developing, and retaining exceptional engineering talent • Ability to translate customer and business needs into technical roadmaps and execution plans • Familiarity with Node.js (TypeScript), React (TypeScript), GraphQL, Python, Docker, PostgreSQL, and AWS is a bonus • Currently reside in the US • Must answer whether employment sponsorship will be required • Must be actively involved in product development and ready to stay hands-on as a Manager
