📋 Description

• Implement AI-enabled features and simple RAG/agent workflows, with senior guidance on complex design • Design, build, test, and deploy small services within the team, and maintain their CI/CD pipelines • Participate in on-call for the components you own; diagnose and fix issues • Contribute to design reviews and propose team process improvements • Mentor AI Engineer I teammates • Collaborate with product, data, and platform teams to deliver scoped solutions

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5 years of software engineering experience, including some hands-on work with LLM or AI-enabled features • Working Python (async patterns), FastAPI, Pydantic v2, and pytest • Comfortable building and deploying services on AWS (Bedrock, Lambda, ECS, API Gateway, and related services) • Production experience consuming LLMs (Claude via Amazon Bedrock or the Anthropic API) and building basic RAG/agent features • Working experience with a production data layer (Redis, DynamoDB, Postgres/Aurora) via async SQLAlchemy • Identity and app-security fundamentals (JWT/OAuth, secrets management) • Containerized delivery (Docker/ECS) through CI/CD (GitHub Actions) • Comfort in an ambiguous, fast-moving environment with evolving requirements
