📋 Description

• Help introduce Dermalosophy to qualified professional accounts across your territory. • Identify and develop new Dermalosophy account opportunities within medical spas, dermatology practices, plastic surgery offices, wellness clinics, entrepreneurial esthetician businesses and aesthetic practices. • Build and maintain relationships with decision-makers, providers, estheticians, practice managers, and business owners. • Present Dermalosophy’s brand story, product positioning, and professional skincare opportunity in a clear and compelling way. • Support account onboarding and help practices understand how Dermalosophy can fit into their retail, treatment, and patient-care offerings. • Maintain consistent communication with prospects and active accounts. • Track lead activity, follow-ups, and sales progress. • Collaborate with Astanza’s internal team when additional clinical, educational, or operational support is needed. • Represent Astanza and Dermalosophy with professionalism at all times.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience selling into the professional aesthetics, skincare, dermatology, plastic surgery, med spa, or wellness market. • Existing relationships with aesthetic practices or skincare professionals. • A strong understanding of consultative sales and relationship-based account development. • Excellent communication and follow-up skills. • The ability to work independently and manage your own schedule. • Confidence presenting products and business opportunities to professional accounts. • A polished, professional presence. • A passion for aesthetics, skincare, education, and helping practices grow. • Previous experience with professional skincare, aesthetic devices, injectables, practice development, or medical spa sales is strongly preferred.
