• Collaborate with project teams and stakeholders to define change scope, objectives, and outcomes • Assess impacts of changes on employees, processes, and systems • Develop change management plans, strategies, activities, timelines, and success measures • Analyze affected stakeholders and develop engagement strategies • Design and implement communication plans and materials, including emails, newsletters, presentations, and FAQs • Coordinate and facilitate training sessions, workshops, meetings, and focus groups • Identify risks, resistance, and barriers; implement mitigation strategies • Monitor and evaluate change effectiveness, adoption, outcomes, and improvement opportunities • Provide implementation support and guidance to employees and leaders • Maintain records of plans, communications, training materials, lessons learned, and best practices • Prepare progress reports, status updates, and executive summaries • Assess business issues and design organizational development tools and interventions • Design and implement coaching, training, organizational design, and process improvement programs • Facilitate change management for reengineering and reorganization efforts • Advise leaders on team design and performance • Coach and train managers on leadership, change leadership, and organizational effectiveness • Deliver projects from design through implementation with cross-functional stakeholders • Mentor colleagues and serve as a subject-matter expert • Implement strategic goals and operational plans autonomously • Develop solutions to complex issues and improve processes and systems • Engage executive and other internal and external stakeholders • Lead large, moderately complex, strategically important initiatives
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field, or equivalent experience • Proven experience in change management, preferably in a contractor or consulting capacity • Strong understanding of change management principles, methodologies, and best practices • Mastery-level knowledge of change management or organizational development • Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience with a bachelor's degree, or 8 years with an advanced degree • Ability to assess critical business issues and design organizational development and strategic plans • Excellent communication and presentation skills • Strong interpersonal, stakeholder engagement, and influencing skills • Ability to adapt to different organizational cultures and diverse stakeholder groups • Project management skills • Analytical and problem-solving abilities • Ability to work independently with a high degree of autonomy and collaboratively on cross-functional teams • Proficiency with change management software, collaboration tools, and office productivity applications • Strong facilitation skills • Ability to coach and develop managers • Experience designing and implementing organizational development programs, including coaching, training, organizational design, and process improvement • Experience facilitating reengineering or reorganization efforts • Knowledge of project management practices, including planning, risk management, and stakeholder communication • Experience mentoring or guiding change management or organizational development professionals • Experience briefing executive leaders • Ability to innovate and improve processes and systems • Comfort working on large, cross-functional initiatives
