📋 Description

• Assess and validate AI-generated content related to healthcare operations for accuracy, practicality, and alignment with industry expectations • Provide expert written responses to operational healthcare scenarios for model training and benchmarking • Analyze, score, and compare model outputs to support AI development and performance improvements • Identify inaccuracies, inconsistencies, or unclear recommendations and provide actionable feedback • Create authentic healthcare operations use cases, including scenario design, supporting documentation, input datasets, and evaluation criteria • Test AI performance against custom-built scenarios and refine tasks based on quality reviews and stakeholder feedback • Adhere to project standards, documentation guidelines, and submission requirements • Deliver high-quality work while meeting productivity expectations throughout the engagement

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in medical billing, medical coding, and healthcare operations • Proficiency in using artificial intelligence and large language models • Strong written communication skills • Bachelor's degree is required • Professional experience supporting healthcare operations, revenue cycle functions, health information management, utilization management, patient access, compliance, or related healthcare administrative environments • Recent direct involvement in day-to-day healthcare operations work, with experience operating as an individual contributor • Strong attention to detail with the ability to interpret process documentation, apply feedback effectively, and maintain quality throughout iterative review cycles • Comfortable using common workplace technologies, including cloud-based collaboration platforms, document management tools, software installations, and routine file-sharing and conversion processes • Able to work independently in a remote setting while managing priorities, deadlines, and deliverables with minimal oversight • Must have citizenship and reside in a U.S. State to be eligible • Coding certification (CPC, CCS, CCA) is preferred • Healthcare credentials such as CPC, CCS, RHIT, RHIA, or similar are beneficial but not required • Familiarity with generative AI technologies, large language models, and the evolving artificial intelligence landscape is preferred • Available to support a project-based engagement averaging 30 to 40 hours per week over a 12-week period
