📋 Description

• Review and evaluate AI-generated content for accuracy, relevance, and alignment with healthcare industry standards • Assess responses related to medical coding, billing, reimbursement, and healthcare operations • Identify inaccuracies and provide detailed feedback to improve AI performance • Create realistic healthcare scenarios and subject matter expert responses for AI training and testing • Compare and score AI model outputs to support ongoing development efforts • Maintain quality standards while working independently in a remote environment

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in medical coding, revenue cycle, health information management, utilization management, patient access, compliance, or related healthcare operations • Strong knowledge of medical coding, billing, reimbursement processes, and medical terminology • Bachelor's degree required • Excellent written communication and attention to detail • Comfortable using and evaluating AI tools and AI-generated content • Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a remote setting • Availability to work 30–40 hours per week for an approximately 12-week engagement • Must reside in the United States • Preferred: CPC, CCS, CCA, RHIT, RHIA, or similar certifications • Preferred: Experience in utilization review, case management, prior authorization, or revenue cycle functions • Preferred: Familiarity with generative AI and large language models (LLMs) • Preferred: Experience reviewing healthcare documentation and reimbursement scenarios
