📋 Description

• Interface daily with supply chain managers, operations teams, and value stream leaders to understand and prioritize critical supplier parts • Work with procurement to escalate part issues, obtain supplier commitments, and update SAP Mismatch tools and internal tracking files • Improve supplier schedules to align with material requirements planning (MRP) needs and report status to operations and supply chain managers • Maintain accurate material availability data in SAP and internal tracking tools • Confirm supplier commitments and enter updated information into SAP and tracking files • Communicate daily on critical part status, risks, and changes • Clear internal obstacles involving quality inspections, first article reviews, and engineering changes • Attend weekly supply chain, site, and business unit meetings and provide detailed part status updates • Manage the RAIL and update EPS and ECS presentations • Manage ship commitment spreadsheets against demand and overdue items • Obtain and record information on second- and third-source suppliers and drive open actions • Track quality notifications, supplier-related issues, and first article inspections and drive resolution • Chart processing times for open SRI’s, prioritize them, and ensure timely closure • Support the supply chain team and stakeholders with smaller actions and ad hoc tasks • Improve problem-part resolution turnaround through proactive coordination • Identify risks impacting line replaceable unit (LRU) builds and escalate concerns • Streamline communication processes and improve supply chain efficiency • Use data tracking tools to improve reporting accuracy, forecasting, and decision-making

🎯 Requirements

• Experience working with procurement and supply chain functions, with the ability to understand supplier commitments and material requirements • Strong customer service mindset with the ability to support internal stakeholders and respond promptly to part-related inquiries • Proficiency in data entry and maintaining accurate records in tracking tools and enterprise systems such as SAP • Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with operations and supply chain personnel on a daily basis • Skill in identifying and escalating part issues and coordinating resolution across multiple teams • Capability to manage and update spreadsheets and tracking files, including ship commitments and material status reports • Familiarity with SAP or similar enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems for managing material and supplier data • Experience in aerospace or complex manufacturing environments is beneficial • Comfort working with multiple data tracking tools and presentations, including EPS and ECS formats • Ability to analyze processing times and prioritize issues based on risk and impact • Strong organizational skills to handle multiple actions and follow-ups simultaneously • Attention to detail when tracking quality notifications, supplier issues, and first article inspections
