📋 Description

• Provide data analysis and reporting solutions to business units in support of operational goals • Collaborate with business units, compliance, and project teams to define reporting requirements, templates, and cadence • Determine appropriate reporting approaches, including ad-hoc, scheduled, and real-time reporting • Implement reporting from new and existing datasets and ensure data integrity • Support new dataset creation and architecture • Query multiple data sources using SQL, develop ETLs, and produce Power BI and SSRS reports and dashboards • Analyze root causes of errors, communicate issues, and escalate system problems to the Business Unit Manager • Research and evaluate additional technical capabilities • Meet compliance timeliness and accuracy standards • Manage escalations through resolution • Conduct project and technical root cause analyses to identify improvement opportunities • Identify, track, communicate, and address technical debt • Define, develop, and evaluate performance metrics and review post-implementation data • Participate in or lead change management activities for process improvement and align initiatives with business objectives

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field • At least three years of experience in healthcare, primarily in Data Analysis, Database Development, or Database Administration • Experience in a Managed Care environment is advantageous • Experience with Managed Care Applications or healthcare core systems such as EzCap, IDX, Epic, FACETS, or NextGen is advantageous • Experience with SSIS, Power Apps, and Power Automate is a plus
