📋 Description

• Complete assigned analytical tasks and deliver accurate, actionable insights within established timelines and due dates • Collaborate with Sales, Product, Claims, analysts, analytics engineers, and business stakeholders to understand business questions, data needs, and deliverables • Write SQL and contribute to dbt tasks, including model updates, testing, and documentation • Support regulatory data calls and statistical reporting, including monthly, quarterly, annual, and ad hoc requests • Perform exploratory analysis to identify patterns, answer business questions, and support decision-making • Document data definitions, processes, and findings for transparency, consistency, and reproducibility • Build and deliver reports, dashboards, and other analytical outputs using Python and BI tools such as Hex

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Business Analytics, or a related field • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail • Familiarity with Microsoft Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools • Coursework or internship experience is a plus • Clear communication skills and willingness to learn and collaborate • Curiosity, initiative, and passion for working with data • Ability to work onsite at one of the company's offices during the first week of employment
