📋 Description

• Develop and maintain scientific relationships with hematology/cell therapy thought leaders, investigators and appropriate HCPs • Engage in scientific exchanges with multidisciplinary teams, including hematologists/oncologists, cell therapy physicians, APPs, pharmacists, apheresis and cell processing staff, and nursing • Respond to unsolicited requests for scientific and product information in accordance with company policy • Serve as a trusted scientific advisor and expert to internal stakeholders and external HCPs • Educate cell therapy provider teams on disease state, CAR-T mechanism of action, multiple myeloma therapeutic landscape, safety, clinical management, manufacturing processes and infusion-center/patient-management data • Support implementation of cell therapy infusions in infusion centers • Gather and synthesize site-level insights and communicate them to medical leadership and internal partners • Identify data and educational gaps to inform medical affairs strategy and address unmet patient needs • Identify opportunities for disease-state initiatives, collaborative research and investigator-sponsored research • Collaborate across Medical Affairs, Commercial and R&D • Represent Medical Affairs at congresses and scientific meetings through scientific exchange, medical booth coverage, and sharing scientific and competitive insights

🎯 Requirements

• Advanced scientific degree required (PharmD, MD/DO, PhD, PA or NP) in a relevant health science or clinical discipline • 5+ years of experience in hematology/oncology • At least 2 years in a field medical or equivalent scientific engagement role • Ability to express ideas clearly in written documentation, one-on-one conversations and small group dialogues • Ability to distill complexity into key messages and scientific narrative • Experience supporting development and/or launch of a new pharmaceutical product in the U.S. • Experience operating in a matrixed environment with Medical Affairs, Commercial and R&D partners • Ability to travel 40–60% by car, train and plane domestically • Direct knowledge, experience and expertise in Hematology/Oncology Cell Therapy preferred • Experience working with headquarters and implementing HQ plans in field preferred • Working knowledge of FDA and GMP requirements and industry rules and regulations governing cell therapy quality manufacturing and field-based medical roles • Must live within the Texas territory
