📋 Description

• Design, govern, and continuously improve the end-to-end Intismeran treatment journey process architecture • Define workflows, stakeholder interactions, handoffs, controls, decision points, governance structures, and process documentation • Serve as commercial business owner for treatment journey workflows and operational requirements • Translate business needs into scalable process designs, system requirements, and implementation priorities • Drive process integration across treatment sites, pathology laboratories, sequencing providers, manufacturing and logistics partners, distributors, alliance stakeholders, and internal functions • Establish operational governance, escalation pathways, and issue-resolution processes • Identify, triage, and resolve vendor, manufacturing, logistics, sequencing, and treatment-site issues affecting therapy delivery • Partner with Treatment Site Strategy, TSL Field Organization, Operations, and IT to optimize treatment-site experiences and workflows • Lead continuous improvement initiatives, root-cause analysis, corrective actions, and operational efficiency improvements • Collaborate with Digital and IT teams to evolve orchestration platform capabilities, workflows, business rules, reporting, and user experiences • Report to the Director, Individualized Therapy Operations

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (BA/BS) • Minimum 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or healthcare industries • Experience in commercial organizations supporting commercial operations, business operations, or treatment site operations • Success designing and optimizing complex cross-functional operating models • Experience developing process architectures, workflow designs, governance frameworks, escalation pathways, and operational controls • Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence internal stakeholders and external partner organizations • Strong process improvement and problem-solving capabilities • Exceptional communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills • Ability to influence without direct authority and drive alignment across highly matrixed organizations • Ability to manage ambiguity, balance competing priorities, and drive execution in dynamic launch or transformation environments • Experience supporting commercialization of complex therapies preferred • Experience with treatment journey orchestration platforms, customer support systems, workflow technologies, case management solutions, or operational control tower capabilities preferred • MBA or equivalent preferred • US and Puerto Rico residency required
