📋 Description

• Provide solutions that help attain business outcomes • Analyze and propose system solutions for Line of Business and IT organizations • Act as a strategic partner and business and technical liaison for the Billing Modernization program • Assemble, analyze, and translate business requirements into detailed requirements and functional specifications • Perform feasibility analysis, develop project scope, and provide recommendations on alternative solutions, project strategy, and deliverable prioritization • Analyze business needs, define detailed requirements, and validate solutions with clients • Analyze Oracle Customer Care and Billing (CC&B), Customer to Meter (C2M), and other meter-to-cash processes • Lead and partner with technical teams to ensure successful project functionality delivery • Collaborate with business clients and vendor implementers on functional solutions • Communicate IT processes to business clients and vendor partners • Analyze end-to-end complex business processes and client information needs • Define and document business requirements for complex projects • Evaluate and document alternatives for complex business problems • Identify, propose, and influence IT solutions; negotiate requirements and deliverables with multiple business clients • Provide expert information technology consulting to clients • Create and review design and technical specification documents • Coordinate analysis and requirements work for several projects • Provide timely responses to client inquiries or delegate as appropriate • Comply with SOX and other standard process requirements • Support testing, project management, software development, compliance, recovery, operations, and maintenance activities • Prepare and review test plans and perform quality reviews of test results • Mentor Associate and Career-level team members • Contribute to business cases for complex IT projects and initiatives • Perform additional duties, including operation and maintenance support and testing of critical areas of complex applications

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (B.S/B.A) from four-college or university and 5 to 8 years’ related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience • 7 years job-related CC&B experience, or similar Oracle platform (such as C2M) • Networks with senior internal and external personnel in own area of expertise • Demonstrates good judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions • Excellent documentation, writing, organization and verbal communication skills • Familiarity with SQL scripting and usage • Able to read and create technical documentation • Excellent organization skills and ability to adapt to a rapidly changing work environment • Must have the ability to perform office-related tasks which may include prolonged sitting or standing • Must have the ability to move from place to place within an office environment • Must be able to use a computer • Must have the ability to communicate effectively • Some positions may require occasional repetitive motion or movements of the wrists, hands, and/or fingers
