📋 Description

• Plan and coordinate data center projects from initiation to delivery • Coordinate implementation processes including asset management, resource allocation, progress tracking, change control, documentation, training, and on-time delivery within budget constraints • Manage assets and materials across data centers and warehouses • Gather and maintain project requirement lists • Provide weekly project updates and action-item updates • Schedule and coordinate project reviews and follow up on assigned actions • Communicate project status to project teams • Maintain and monitor project plans, schedules, work hours, and expenditures • Assist with identifying project issues, assigning solutions to appropriate team members, and escalating issues to the client manager • Organize, attend, and participate in stakeholder meetings • Document and follow up on meeting actions and decisions • Collaborate with regional teams responsible for project resources and ticket resolution • Monitor ticketing systems and reassign tickets where required • Produce regular reports • Identify trends or recurring problems and escalate them to management • Locate and define process improvement opportunities • Maintain knowledge of new processes and procedures • Work with SDMs/Project Managers to identify critical metrics and KPIs and deliver actionable insights to decision-makers

🎯 Requirements

• Associate's degree (A.A.) or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school and 2 to 5 years’ related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience • Ability to build productive internal and external working relationships • Ability to exercise judgment within defined procedures and practices • Willingness to occasionally adjust work hours to work with regional colleagues • Experience with Microsoft Excel and Google Suite • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Previous experience with ticketing systems and/or project management systems • Understanding of or previous experience in a technology-driven environment • Proactive attitude and dependability • Excellent customer service skills • Ability to work both within a team and independently • Ability to multitask and prioritize workload • Good judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making skills • Ability to maintain confidentiality and professional decorum • Preferred: familiarity with various project management methodologies • Preferred: various certifications (PMP, etc.)
