📋 Description

• Lead and manage complex, cross-functional projects and initiatives within the Data Center and Edge Network Services organization • Assess new or emerging priorities and establish project structures, plans, processes, and execution mechanisms • Partner with technical, engineering, operations, supply chain, and business stakeholders to align priorities, dependencies, timelines, and deliverables • Drive execution of high-priority initiatives while identifying risks, issues, dependencies, and opportunities • Provide flexible project management coverage across multiple initiatives and teams • Assume interim project management responsibility for existing programs and establish understanding of scope, status, risks, and next steps • Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, status reporting, risk and issue tracking, and other program management mechanisms • Communicate progress, risks, decisions, and escalations to stakeholders at all levels • Establish repeatable processes to improve execution and operational efficiency • Coordinate geographically distributed and cross-functional teams to drive accountability and timely delivery • Improve project and program management practices, tools, and processes across the organization

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in project management, business, engineering, operations, or a related field • Significant experience managing complex, cross-functional projects in a technology, infrastructure, data center, networking, or similarly complex operational environment • Demonstrated ability to independently lead projects in ambiguous and fast-changing environments • Strong organizational, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills • Experience managing competing priorities and driving execution across multiple teams and functions • Preferred: Experience supporting hyperscale infrastructure, data center, network, cloud, or edge environments • Preferred: Experience working across technical engineering and operational organizations • Preferred: Demonstrated ability to quickly assume ownership of existing programs and establish structure where processes or documentation are limited • Preferred: Experience managing high-visibility or business-critical initiatives with multiple dependencies and stakeholders • Preferred: Strong analytical skills and ability to translate complex technical or operational information into clear plans, decisions, and actions
