📋 Description
• Own the operating model. • Turn reporting into decisions. • Drive strategic finance. • Partner cross-functionally. • Read the market. • Support fundraising and corporate strategy. • Engineer the systems.
🎯 Requirements
• 5–8 years of startup finance experience with a history of increased responsibilities • Strategic finance / FP&A experience at a startup that scaled ARR fast • Investment banking or consulting background • Elite modeling and analytical chops, paired with the communication skills to make the numbers land with non-finance audiences • Ability to work in-person 3 days/week in our NYC office.
