📋 Description

• Review, identify, and qualify estimate requests in Wrike • Establish and maintain vendor relationships • Request and review vendor pricing • Review project specifications and bid packages • Submit RFIs and check addenda • Perform scope reviews and verify scopes with general contractors • Identify completion dates, liquidated damages, taxes, wage rates, and project budgets • Enter estimates in ProEst • Verify bid bond requirements and values • Perform project take-offs and quantify scopes of work • Identify subcontractor and high-lead-time quote requirements • Request freight, graphics, turf removal/installation, shock pad, and subcontractor quotes • Create draft estimates for team review • Review vendor and subcontractor quotes and verify bid scope accuracy • Verify tax information and wage rates • Generate final estimates and verify margins with the Sales Team • Assemble complete bid packages and proposals • Request samples when required • Revise project estimates as required by owners, creating a new ProEst estimate for each revision • Ensure Wrike job folder information matches the ProEst estimate before handoff to Operations • Produce billable change orders from construction documents • Participate in weekly bid reviews with the Project Team

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred • HS diploma/GED required • 10+ years’ experience • Certified Field Builder license • Superior written and verbal communication skills • Ability to travel • Work location: Northwest & Great Lakes
