📋 Description

• Manage relationships with strategic End User Customers, Industrial Distributors, and Original Equipment Manufacturer accounts. • Develop other customer accounts inside assigned territory. • Utilize consultative selling approach to enhance performance for end users and Purchasing. • Build Strategies and execute action plans to meet sales and profit goals. • Conduct market research and analysis to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitive landscape. • Frequent visits to customer sites to assess needs and provide advice. • Provide technical expertise and support to customers addressing inquiries and technical challenges. • Collaborate on customized solutions and submit proposals and quotations.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor´s Degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical, Metallurgical Engineering or related. • 3 to 5 years of experience in Industrial sales. • Technical experience on Bearings and Power Transmission. • Sugar Industry (optional). • Industrial Maintenance, Engineering, Operations. • Cement Industry (Optional). • Fluent in English, Spanish preferred. • Travel availability: Yes, over 60%. • License and vehicle: Yes.
