• Manage network platforms, firewalls, VPNs, policy-based routing, and load balancing • Act as an escalation point for technicians and resolve high-priority incidents according to ITIL best practices • Manage service requests according to change management procedures • Monitor, analyze, and resolve incidents for customer infrastructure in Azure • Install, configure, and administer customer systems in Azure • Communicate technical issues and solutions clearly to clients • Develop, maintain, and provide training on SOPs, best practices, customer runbooks, and automation processes • Deliver exceptional client service throughout the service lifecycle • Interface with other departments to provide client feedback and ensure client success • Configure monitoring and alerting on physical and virtual infrastructure • Manage and maintain physical and virtual components, including Atmosera’s management stack • Perform quality assurance checks on migrated and greenfield environments • Ensure compliance with FedRAMP, IRS 1075, NIST-800, CIS Benchmarks, PCI-DSS, HIPAA/HITECH, SOC 1, and SOC 2 • Manage and administer Windows and Linux servers • Configure and administer Hyper-V and VMware hypervisors • Participate in an on-call rotation for escalated support to meet SLAs • Implement infrastructure automation using PowerShell, Bicep, and CI/CD practices • Develop and maintain Bicep Infrastructure as Code templates
• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience • 3+ years of experience in support administration specifically with Azure Cloud • Experience with PowerShell, Bicep, and CI/CD practices for automation • Experience with network platforms, firewalls, VPNs, policy management, load balancing, and policy-based routing • Ability to configure and administer Azure Site Recovery and troubleshoot complex issues • Knowledge of ITIL best practices for incident and problem management • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for presenting technical information to clients • Strong analytical and root-cause analysis abilities • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Preferred experience with Hyper-V and VMware • AZ-104 certification is preferred; if not currently possessed, must obtain within 90 days of employment or be subject to termination • Ability to pass a US Public Trust background check; if not currently possessed, must obtain within 90 days of employment or be subject to termination • Must provide escalation coverage, including nights and weekends, at times • Must participate in an on-call rotation
