📋 Description

• Oversee staffing vendor performance and relationship management, ensuring compliance with program guidelines and client expectations • Manage the end-to-end requisition process for timely and accurate staffing fulfillment • Provide exceptional white-glove service to Hiring Managers, anticipate needs, and deliver responsive solutions • Advise managers as a staffing solutions subject matter expert on best practices, market trends, and talent acquisition strategies • Identify opportunities to expand MSP services into new departments and communicate the value proposition • Evaluate and improve program processes to enhance efficiency, compliance, and stakeholder satisfaction • Leverage Vendor Management Systems knowledge to optimize program performance and outcomes

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience within the Managed Service Provider industry on the client services side • Strong understanding of VMS platforms, staffing strategies, and workforce solutions • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders • Ability to think critically and solve complex problems in a fast-paced environment • Comfortable with ambiguity and change, with a proactive approach to learning and adapting to new processes • High level of personal integrity and ethics, with a commitment to excellence and continuous improvements • Ability to sit for extended periods of time • Bachelor’s degree is required
