📋 Description

• Coordinate and provide tactical management of all technical activities on assigned projects • Plan, schedule, conduct, and oversee engineering work for compliance with applicable codes, standards, and accepted engineering practices • Facilitate communication and coordination across disciplines and project stakeholders • Align assigned personnel activities with broader project objectives and timelines • Monitor project progress, quality, and adherence to established standards • Oversee project financials, including accurate invoicing and receivables tracking • Lead hotel engineering, facilities, and maintenance-related capital projects across the portfolio • Coordinate hotel HVAC replacements, guest room renovations, equipment upgrades, and building systems projects • Track CapEx budgets across multiple properties

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 5+ years of experience managing multi-discipline projects, preferably within a consulting engineering environment • Strong knowledge of engineering principles, codes, and industry standards • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and coordinate cross-functional teams • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite • Bachelor of Science in Engineering; Mechanical or Electrical preferred • Hospitality industry experience is a plus • Must not require international visa sponsorship
