📋 Description

• Build robust, executive-facing dashboards to support key business and operational decisions • Design, build, and maintain scalable data models, semantic layers, and reporting datasets using dbt, Looker, SQL, and related tools • Use data modeling, statistics, and analytical techniques to analyze large datasets and identify trends, patterns, and anomalies • Develop and manage the Looker data analytics platform • Own end-to-end delivery of analytics engineering initiatives, from requirements gathering through implementation • Manage timelines, dependencies, and stakeholder communication • Partner with product, engineering, business intelligence, finance, operations, and other stakeholders on metrics, analytics requirements, reporting solutions, and data quality • Identify and resolve data quality issues through validation checks and analytics process/tooling improvements • Create and maintain documentation for metrics, data models, dashboards, business logic, and analytics workflows • Mentor junior analytics engineers, contribute to code reviews, and improve team standards

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or U.S. equivalent in Business Analytics, Mathematics, Statistics, Finance, Data Science, or a related field • 4 years of professional experience as a Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or data analytics/business intelligence professional involving data analysis, data modeling, reporting, and dashboards • 4 years of professional experience writing, optimizing, and using SQL queries to analyze large datasets and support reporting and analytics • 4 years of professional experience designing, building, and maintaining business intelligence dashboards and reports using Looker or Tableau • 4 years of professional experience performing data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in large datasets and support business decision-making • 4 years of professional experience developing dashboards or reports to support business and operational decision-making • 3 years of professional experience designing and maintaining data models to support analytics and reporting • 2 years of professional experience working with data infrastructure components, including ETL/ELT processes and analytics platforms • 2 years of professional experience collaborating with product and engineering teams to define analytics requirements and reporting solutions • 2 years of professional experience presenting analytical findings to technical and nontechnical stakeholders
