📋 Description

• Lead or support proposal development, submittal, and presentation activities with business development, client services, and internal stakeholders. • Review future markets, industries, and service lines for company growth. • Develop or expand business with Atwell clients. • Develop budgets with internal staff and ensure projects are managed to approved budgets. • Ensure purchase orders and change orders are received or processed timely. • Manage resources to ensure timely completion of work and adherence to project budgets. • Coordinate with project managers, technical teams, and internal stakeholders to align activities, address challenges, and support program delivery. • Create solutions and process workflows with project managers to meet client needs. • Maintain project-related process workflows in systems. • Manage scope creep. • Assist with project planning, scheduling, budgeting, forecasting, and execution. • Create and adopt standard reporting procedures and systems. • Support project managers. • Manage projects as needed. • Serve as the first-line interface with clients, corporate office, and project teams. • Perform other job-related responsibilities as assigned.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Project Management, Construction Management, Business, or a related field from an accredited institution is preferred; an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience may be considered. • Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred, as applicable to the business line or position responsibilities. • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred. • 4+ years of experience in Program or Development Management. • Experience working in a business, planning, development or legal environment. • Experience in understanding the energy industry, renewables and project development. • Must possess strong interpersonal, written and oral communication skills for dealing with clients, team members and prospective clients. • Strong organizational, task and time management skills. • Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time. • Needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, printers, fax machines, etc. • Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery. • Frequently communicates with other office staff. • Must be willing to travel (<20%). • Must be legally authorized to work in the USA.
