📋 Description

• Provide technical leadership for the development and execution of renewable energy, energy storage, and substation projects • Lead engineering activities and technical execution for assigned project scopes • Perform and review complex engineering analyses, calculations, technical evaluations, and design activities • Manage technical quality and QA/QC activities • Prepare and review engineering reports, technical studies, specifications, design criteria, and project documentation • Lead development and review of site plans, general arrangements, elevations, bills of materials, trench and conduit plans, grounding plans, illumination design, lightning protection, and construction documents • Coordinate engineering activities across multidisciplinary project teams • Lead phases or defined portions of project work while supporting overall project execution • Evaluate engineering alternatives, identify technical risks, and provide recommendations • Lead project planning, technical coordination, and execution activities • Serve as a technical lead and engineering resource for project teams • Provide technical guidance, mentoring, and support to engineers and designers • Support client meetings, technical discussions, and project deliverables • Support engineering standards, technical consistency, and continuous improvement initiatives • Perform other job-related responsibilities as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Advanced knowledge of renewable energy engineering principles and industry standards • Ability to lead technical execution and manage technical quality for assigned project scopes • Strong understanding of renewable energy project development and engineering practices • Strong technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills • Effective written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills • Ability to coordinate multidisciplinary project teams and support client-facing activities • Ability to mentor and develop engineers and designers • Commitment to technical excellence, quality, and continuous improvement • Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related engineering discipline from an accredited institution • Engineer-in-Training (EIT) certification required • Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred • 6-8 years of relevant engineering experience • Demonstrated experience leading complex engineering assignments and multidisciplinary coordination efforts • Must be legally authorized to work in the USA • Must be able to remain in a stationary position for extended periods and operate a computer and other office productivity equipment • Must be able to move around project sites and work in indoor or outdoor environments as required • Travel may be required based on client and project needs
