📋 Description

• Take inbound customer cancellation calls and retain customers as Aura customers • Make daily outbound calls to existing customers with failed subscription payments • Ensure high customer satisfaction through proactive support and active listening • Address customer concerns and provide solutions • Evangelize Aura’s story and mission to customers • Consult with customers on best practices for protecting their online identity • Identify retention and upsell opportunities by aligning Aura’s Identity, Privacy, and Security solutions with customer needs • Improve knowledge of industry best practices and recent events to remain a trusted customer resource

🎯 Requirements

• 1–2 years of sales or retention experience, or equivalent experience • Consistently meet or exceed performance metrics • Naturally engaging and comfortable talking to people • Self-motivated and able to achieve goals independently • Team-oriented and able to succeed in a team environment • Self-starter with strong business acumen • Ability to think quickly and creatively to solve customer needs
