📋 Description
• Lead and maintain a high level of awareness, preparation, and response to safety and security-related risks as well as regulatory compliance. • Establish agreed upon goals and objectives for direct reports with measurable outcomes and/or key performance indicators. • Ensure the company has the talent to execute its strategies by hiring and developing a strong team and making succession planning a core business process. • Communicate clear and consistent legal and ethical standards and ensure organizational compliance. • Conduct audits and observe locations and job sites routinely.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination education and experience • Minimum of five years of management experience with direct reports, preferably in a multi-site service environment • Minimum of five years working experience and knowledge of regulatory compliance, regulatory audits, and working with regulators
